Sriram Iyer comes to Intralign with a strong record in healthcare analytics and value-based care. Prior to his engagement with Intralign, Mr. Iyer was President and CEO of RainTree Oncology, a leading oncology alliance, and CEO of Engage Health, a patient engagement company focused on driving compliance. He also served as an executive at The Advisory Board Company, a best practice research, analytics and consulting firm serving over 2,500 hospitals, where he built population management and revenue cycle solutions to improve hospital profitability.
He holds a bachelor’s in computer science and economics from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
He lives in San Diego, California.
As a senior finance executive, Mr, Bertsch brings over 20 years of global financial management experience to Intralign. Most recently he served as CFO of private equity backed RainTree Oncology, a leading GPO, and healthcare data and technology company. He has also served as Vice President of Finance at PowerGenix, a venture-backed multinational developer and manufacturer of nickel zinc energy storage for electric vehicles, power tools, stationary storage, and other applications. In addition, Mr. Bertsch held the position of CFO of Diamond Electronics, a multinational manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics. Mr. Bertsch began his career in public accounting providing attest and other services within a wide array of industries for both private and public companies. He has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of The New Children’s Museum in San Diego since 2010, and is a CPA as well as a CGMA.
In her role as Senior Vice President, Kristin leads and advises a multi-disciplined team made up of research, design, strategy, and implementation. The group takes an unconventional approach to problem resolution by combining well-proven tools and methods with those steeped in human-centered design. With over 12 years in the healthcare industry, Kristin’s role as client advocate ensures a consistent drive to a collaborative approach in problem resolution that creates adoptable, sustainable, and measurable results.
Before joining Intralign, Kristin managed innovative medical device and major capital businesses that cross the continuum of patient care and with the constant underpinning of safety, quality, and ease-of-use. These include positions at 3M in Strategic Business Development, STERIS as Director of Marketing Surgical Solutions, and Covidien as Director of Advanced Wound Care. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
